I am a Technical specialist in one of the big rising company in Cebu City, Philippines for almost a year and later promoted as a SG(supervisory group).The company i worked for is a telecom company for a US account and my job is to provide technical service to our customers.I would be able to take more than 30 calls per shift and our main objective is to resolved the issue.When I was promoted to take supervisory and managerial calls my patience was tested and it molded me to be the best customer service representative for we we're taking calls from irate customers.I was trained to provide excellent service and satisfaction.
