My recent work is cold calling in Versatel Marketing regarding with insurance healthcare where in we help the people in US to get a affordable healthplan and also I work at ISS as cold calling agent where in it is lead generation about masstorch campaign to get a claim application. The outbound sales experienced that i had is where im in versatel marketing since it is a sales we are encourage to get a lot of sales to get a lot of salary and to get a better evaluation at the end of the month and the main criteria there to get a sales is to transfer the customer to licensed agent to avail a health insurance and as of the moment I'm currently unemployed and if I was given the chance to be part of your company I am willing to work night shift 9pm until 6am PHT, In handling a pressure in sales is everywhere all you have to do is never lose hope about your determination and capability to get a sales because you are willing to perform a better work, surely you will get a sales as you not expected and you will nail it as time went by. And in sales you need to Take it one day at a time. it is really important for sales reps to approach their quota one day at a time. Think about this way, if you don’t make prospecting a daily habit and only focus on the deals at hand, how will you meet your goals next month or the month after that?If prospecting becomes part of your day-to-day routine, each call becomes less stressful and the stakes are lowered. This way, if you can’t connect with a prospect or lose a deal, you begin to form an “on to the next one” mentality—nothing to stress about! And Manage your expectations.if you’re a sales rep and you expect every sales qualified lead,to be ready to buy, you’re sadly mistaken. Although it’s important to go into each sales call with confidence, if you expect each call to turn into a deal you’re setting yourself up for disappointment. If a sales rep is repeatedly disappointed, that disappointment can soon turn to stress. and  Dynamic, self-motivated and proactive Professional with over 2 years of experience in providing quality Client, Customer & Training Services to clients across the Pacific as well as providing comprehensive communication and quality call handling training to prepare subordinates and new hires to accomplish and meet specific goals and objectives set by company standards.
