As a Text Researcher, I am one of 11 members on a Rights and Permission team in which we are doing assessment for the whole manuscript. My responsibilities include assessing the manuscript, finding third party contents, making decision to obtain permission, updating in PRISM (PRISM, a Rights Management System for Pearson) and getting permission from the rightsholder. I have a strong background in Copyright Licensing and written and oral communication skills, and believe that these skills would benefit the aspects of your job.
