• Listens transcribes and understands relevant English voicemail messages /dialect(s) (for example US, UK, Australian, South African, and Canadian) to a defined standard of quality on every conversation into text messages with the least possible time.
• Ensures that unconvertible messages are handled in the correct manner in accordance with the most up to data language rules.
