While i have 2 years experience for voice as a Customer Service Representative and Technical Support Representative. I am a Freelancer for almost 2 years as a Virtual Assistant for an IPTV provider. I also work for a dropshipping company. I was able to use zendesk, tawk.to, slack, Nora, Google drive, Thunderbird, Mailchimp, IPTV applications.
