Well experience in Data Entry with a typing speed 50 - 60 wpm. My previous work experience: worked as a Data Encoder/Quality Assurance for 3 years in Sourcecorp Philippines where we encode the personal data/health insurance claims of a member of the health insurance from data encoder eventually promoted as QA. We undergone seminars like HIPAA ( Health Insurance Portability and Accountability ) thus I can be trusted especially with the confidentiality of the work. Has a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification. Previously worked as A Senior Data Entry Operator in Dubai. Receiving local purchase order from customers and enter in the system with time limit. Create sales order and sales invoice. Prepare accurate inventory for proper warehouse stock. Coordinate with salesmen and sales coordinators and accounts for proper deliveries and invoice. Answers queries regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts and deliveries. Resolve customer complaints via email, determine product service problems by clarifying to the customer's complaint by determining the cause of the problem then selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment and follow up to ensure resolution. Assisting with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges. Ensure that all stocks are properly categorized, marked and provide recommendations on storage space requirements, stock quantities and proper methods of stock control and storage. Maintain adequate stock database to ensure the effective implementation of best-in-class inventory management. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications • Internet Exploring Literate • Above average Excel skill
