I type at 90 WPM, I worked in free-lance data entry for two years with Stalwart Contract Finance. I also did phone work including calling companies to get sales associate's/manager's information for the database. I have done demographic projects for a magazine, I have managed orders for a small store, and I have found vendors for those orders. I also worked as a barista so I have quite a bit of customer service experience, and understand working with the public. I also have a certificate of competency in the following: All the first editions of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, etc.), Professional Speaking, Communications, Marketing, along with other professional development courses, seminars, and information management.
