Responsible for complete build-out of client infrastructure regarding the Infosphere CDC(DataMirror) and MDM environments. Production support, application security, software support liaison, and steady state support. Assisted go live activities revolving around Infosphere CDC version 5, 6.0 and 6.3, 6.5, and Infosphere Data Replication 10.2. Installation of product on iSeries, SQL Server and Unix. Also installations of Access Server and Management Console for client support. Set global standards for client in several regions of the world, implemented naming standards, and combined support functions across functional areas. Installation of MDM product on multiple platforms, setup and configuration of client pc’s for data integration developers on CDC and MDM, migration of data to new Master Data repository for go live, creation of data governance and master data policies both external to Infosphere product and within the product. Liaison for vendor issues across all areas. Experience with DataStage, Infosphere Master Data Management Server, Management Console, Access Server, Oracle 11g RAC, DB2, MB Performance Tools, Solaris Unix, iSeries(AS/400), Control-M, iSeries, i5, AS/400, SQL Server.
