Hi! My name is Inga and I’m from Moldova (European country situated between Romania and Ukraine). I have 10 years of experience in IT. My credo is «Know more do best», that is why I have always been opened to new technologies and knowledge. During my professional career I worked as a Computer Science Teacher, System / network administrator, Business System Analyst. Working as a Computer Science Teacher I improved my communication skills. System / network administration gave me the ability to resolve issues and provide feedback to nail down the bugs. The position “Business System Analyst” provided me with the experience in documentation of business requirements and system functional specifications of multiple projects of national significance. Also I was involved in: a) technical help desk support services for users from France, Belgium, USA. b) data management (data entry, search, analyze, save, modify, add, delete or access the information stored in one location); c) email management. For some companies that I worked for I created websites by using tools like WordPress, HTML, Dreamweaver, Flash. In all jobs I obtained good results because I gave all my concentration and ability to better perform the task. I am a hard worker, diligent, patient, responsible and attentive to details.
