I have also almost one and half year experience in Voip Company as a NOC Engineer and some of these are my responsibility • Monitor network performance and recommend action for Improvement according to traffic analysis and customer feedback. • Analyzing Inbound and outbound calls and Traffic trend on daily basis. • Voice Optimization of A to Z destinations depending upon Call Quality, PDD, ACD & ASR. • Communication with different Carriers to ensure QOS of Voice. Providing support to partners by identifying bugs and resolving issues •Troubleshooting voice related complaints from carriers. • Troubleshooting of call failures and testing the voice quality through different Scenarios. • Integrating\Modifying Voice Carriers for Inbound and Outbound calls • Hands on experience of VoIP monitor, VOS and Jerasoft Platforms .
