I have most recently worked in the Aerospace and Defense industry, working on government contracts. Much of this work utilized Java and Oracle tools, running on Solaris, with numerous other technologies mixed in.Prior to the most recent job, I was employed by four Telecommunications companies over a span of 13 years, where I contributed to the development of numerous internal systems. Some of these systems were mission critical, while others were attempts to improve the competitive advantage of the company through systems integration or business-to-business initiatives.The initial three legs of my career were involved in Higher Education at Syracuse University, Legal publishing on CD-ROM at Thomson Professional Publishing, and a technology start-up called MNIS/TextWise.I outline these prior experiences only to show a track record of working well with others on complex information technology projects, using numerous tools and in a wide array of environments.I'm not here to bid willy-n
