Delphi programmer

My experience with Pascal and Delphi exceeds 15 years. During last 10 years I occupy a full-time position as programmer where I went through several versions of Delphi (D5, D7, D2006, D2009, DXE3). My team develops sophisticated scientific applications used in chemistry and toxicology. Our project tasks covers different areas of building Win32 applications including designing user interface, creating services, using various techniques (multithreading, COM). That brought me invaluable experience in matching complex algorithms with nice user experience, which can be easily achieved in Delphi environment. The primary database engine I use in developing Delphi applications is Interbase/Firebird. I went through IB6, FB2.1, FB2.5. I have also some experience with MS Access, but Firebird remains my first choice.
