Project Workflow :

  1. Plan the Project Deployment: Plan the project deployment by defining project requirements, including network topology, storage requirements, and performance goals. Decide if consolidated deployment or a standard deployment is required.
  2. Pre-requisites the VCF Environment: Make sure DNS entries, ESXi host, NTP’s, AD and all other perquisites are in place.
  3. Configuration Parameter Sheet: Capture all the configuration inputs in the deployment parameter sheet which will be later uploaded to cloud builder appliance.
  4. Deploy SDDC: Deploy the VMware SDDC components, including vSphere, NSX-T, vSAN, and vRealize Suite. This will be achieved using cloud builder appliance.
  5. Create Workload Domains: Create workload domains to support your project requirements. This step involves creating virtual infrastructure (VI) workload domains, Tanzu Kubernetes Grid (TKG) workload domains, and optionally Horizon workload domains.
  6. Test the Deployment: After the workloads are deployed, do the performance testing, and network connectivity validation to ensure its working as expected.
