Technical Expertise • VPN: Troubleshooting of common errors such as error 413, 414, 403 • Outlook: Profile creation, PST repairing, Exchange server settings, creating and deleting OSTs, e-mail archiving. • Office 365: Departmental Mailbox Mapping, Profile Creation, PST Mapping • BES: Servers change, deleting and creating accounts, password resets. • Windows 7: troubleshooting • Maximo: Creating and Editing Incidents, Changes and Service Requests. • Active Directory: Enabling & Disabling user accounts, managing Domain Groups, setting account expiration date, setting quota for user mailbox, password reset for server and network id’s. • Profile Setup: Create and rename server and local profile for the user.
