I offer developmental manuscript editing. Structure, plot, character, paragraph flow, etc. Not a proofreader. My rate is 1 cent/word, and the timescale I offer is 1 week/25,000 words. A 100,000 word manuscript would therefore cost $1000 and take up to a month to revise and return to the author.
Qualifications: I studied to be an author and editor at UC Santa Cruz. My debut novel Dreadnought (2017) was a Lambda Finalist, and earned James Tiptree Honors, and featured on the Locus long-list and the Locus Best First Novels poll.
