1. Handling all Display Advertising (for desktop, mobile web and mobile apps, including mobile app installs & engagement) and Promotions & Affiliate Marketing channels, in-house 2. Managing a team of managers by providing strategies and directions for all paid campaigns 3. Measure and optimize paid marketing using vendor-dashboards, Google Analytics Premium, Marketing analytics reports, Google Adwords & Facebook Business Managers/ Power Editor, Adobe Doubleclick Campaign Manager etc. 4. Forecast/ allocation of budgets across all Display channels on monthly basis 5. Monitor overall spending to ensure alignment with the KPI goals 6. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (GMV, UV, Conversions, CPC, CPA, CPI, ROI and KPIs) 7. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend based on daily data trend 8. Brainstorm new campaign/ promotion ideas, and creative growth strategies 9. Plan, execute, and measure experiments to achieve target Unique Visitors/ Conversions 10. Collaborate and working very closely with partners and agencies such as Google, Facebook, Yahoo, etc. 11. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points 12. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels 13. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
