It's been quite a journey for me in crypto been here since 2018 

I have experience working with more than 50+ servers for various roles  (Community Manager (Twitter and Discord), Collabs Lead/Manager, Mod Manager)

Discord NFT server setup and configuration ( I’ll set up the server from scratch and configure the discord server with bots and assist accordingly.

**Community lead/manager:**

1. The task is to maintain the activity in the community by rolling out the contest tailored specifically for your server 

2. Managing the contest announcements 

3. Bringing in experienced mods as per the requirements

4. Provide mods the guidelines and maintain their timings according to the time zone and make sure they show up during their work hours 

5. Replace mods if they are not performing as per the expectation 

**Collabs lead:**

Collab's lead role is basically to monitor and maintain all the collabs managers in the project so that we get only good quality collabs and to make sure we get a quality number of members into the community (POTENTIAL BUYERS) and also set requirements for fellow collabs managers and monitor (check if they are getting in good quality collabs)

**Collabs manager:**

1. Mass collabs can be done according to the server size and requirements(5-10 collabs per day)

2. Can arrange 4-6 good quality collabs once every 2-3 days TBH (Initially) 

It's not possible to get like 10 collabs per day because it takes time to find good ones

With the growing server members, I make more efforts and can arrange more collabs 

**Mega collabs** works greatly Which involves bringing 4-5 potential servers and arranging a 1 NFT giveaway (NFT per server) 

When it comes to **Engagers squad** they engage with the community and keep the chat busy which makes the community bullish about the project and helps to move a few steps towards a good sale (worked very well with many projects I worked on previously most of them sold out and Engagers Squad was a major contributor) We have certain rules for Engagers squad like discuss the project and creating awareness about project merits to the community, this in-turn makes a healthy community 

**Will roll out the rules here when you are ready to move forward and you can feel free to add/update some rules** 

I have more efficient ways to keep the community intact and move towards a successful sold-out project

**Social media manager:**

"Managing a Twitter account involves frequent announcements and hosting contests if and when needed, creating content (Implementing creative marketing strategies)  also following the trend to keep the Organic Marketing and Growth which I guess can be managed as If have tons of experience in Crytpo and NFT marketing whether its Twitter or Discord."
