Great visitors and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications and distribute them to relevant stakeholders for action or follow up. ? Take minutes of meetings when required, generate related documents, and disturbed them to concerned individuals. ? Review and summarize miscellaneous reports when directed. ? Assist the Executive Managements with preparation of presentation materials at the level of Board and senior management. ? Create numerous operational changes at the office, including setting a standard of practices and procedures relating to handling of incoming & outgoing correspondences & communication standards. File documents and contracts in soft copy & hard copy as required. ? Ensure all office files are managed according to confidential and internal processes. ? File & retrieve outgoing letters (Hard & soft copies) ? Work closely to other administrators to ensure coordination and alignment of duties and processes. ? Perform a variety of executive support tasks that are highly confidential and sensitive. ? Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress & Cost Report for the site. ? Prepare Submittal, WIR & MIR Submit to Consultant. ? Typing & fill up the pre-qualification documents for upcoming projects. ? Maintain and built good working relationships with Executives, clients and their assistants via phone and email communication. ? Keep the record of all petty cash and Updated VAT Files I have about 3 years experienced in Customer Service and 5 years experienced in Administration. Above all the points are my achievements & duties in administration and in Customer service, I achieve many difficult sale targets and many time handle very difficult situation with customer. I believe that learning is continuous process so I improve myself on daily basis. I am also member of Dubai Cares and always like to take part in volunteer works. Recently I attain special Olympics abu dhabi and work as a Protocol Officer(voluntary) and also take part in Summer Camp as a Skill Teacher to teacher the Children.
