Legal civil

Document review, corporate works,

$30/hr Starting at $25

My legal practice includes interviewing clients to determine the existence of the cause/s of action ripe for filing a case in court (inclusive of civil, criminal, special proceedings, special civil action), the evidence needed to substantiate the claims of the clients, qualified witnesses to be presented in court. Once the case was filed,  she avails the modes of discovery, attends pre-trial conferences and mediation, trial presentation in court, and promulgation of judgment/decision. I also prepare relevant pleadings related to an appeal, such as appeal briefs, memoranda to the higher courts.

Aside from litigation, I conduct investigations against erring employees, and recommend the appropriate penalty, if the case warrants it.

I have also appeared in quasi-judicial bodies like labor cases, employment issues, and other government offices.

I can work with research to assert a position, prepare contracts, and negotiate.

Since I have extensive legal experience, I can do other corporate jobs.

In other aspects of legal practice, I can render legal counseling from time to time.

I have administrative skills like supervision over the staff, coordination with clients, monitoring and mentoring the staff under my supervision.

I am considering practicing law associated with technology, one of which is document review. While I do not have experience with the software, nevertheless, I am willing to learn and be trained which I believe is not that quite difficult considering my extensive practice of law.

I can say that I am a problem-solver, detail-oriented, hardworking, and can deliver output on time.
