Dutch- English Customer Specialist

$15/hr Starting at $800

I have seven years of experience in bilingual customer support, and five years before that as a server and sales assistant. I've been an account manager, team leader, and store manager. I've trained in large call centers in Dundalk, Dublin, and Sofia, and am currently working for Telus as a coach and trainer ( This comes together with Quality). I'm fluent in both English and Dutch. I'm capable of providing support with email, ticket, chat, and phone, along with technical services. The accumulated years of all my experiences have provided the skill-sets to do each job efficiently, from phone support, cold calling, to patience and time management when dealing with customers. Communication is key to all support positions. It helps to be caring, patient, driven, positive and persuasive, and I know how to talk to my customers to keep them happy. I'm always willing to learn about the parameters of the job and can do so rapidly. I am quite new to translating text, but due to the nature of my jobs, this is not a problem. It won't take me long to be up to speed with data entry. I'm a part-time freelancer, and willing to work UST, Australian and American business hours. I can go full-time for the right job
