The subjects ranged from Public Relations to Business Management. 2. United Parcel Services (UPS):Used the SimBL™ methodology to conceptualize and script a simulation on leadership development. 3. Procter & Gamble (P&G): Conducted an onsite pilot study (in Cincinnati) for the launch of P&G’s global leadership development program. 4. Ingersoll-Rand: Conducted an onsite systems study (in Davidson) to conceptualize and develop a simulation (SimBL™) for their project proposal process. 5. General Electric (GE): Conceptualized and developed several simulations (SimBL™) for training on technical topics. Also used TIS’s proprietary Story-Based Learning (StoBL™) methodology to create a learning package on a technical topic. 6. United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA): Used the StoBL™ methodology to create a learning package on their knowledge management tools. Was onsite in the New York office for the systems study and information gathering phase. 7. McGraw-Hill: Was onsite in Columbus to coordinate the development of their Oraclebased systems training program. 8.
