I format your citations and references to a specific style guide. I am skilled in APA Style sixth and seventh editions. I am willing to learn a new style or follow an in-house style guide.

Copyediting
I check for grammar, spelling, syntax, and punctuation. I make suggestions for improved readability and accuracy. I perform basic fact checking (names, dates, etc.). I ensure the rules of the style guide have been incorporated into the manuscript.

Proofreading
I search for errors in spelling, punctuation, and word usage. This process may also involve checking for stacked hyphens, widows and orphans, inconsistencies in layout, and pagination issues.
