I currently work as an editorial consultant with Penguin Random House (with focus on children's books). I have also worked as a language editor with NIIT. Some of my prominent experiences as a Hindi-English translator include my work with The 1947 Partition Archive, a resource organization which is dedicated to recording oral histories of the witnesses of the Partition of 1947 throughout the world and across various cultures from the subcontinent. As the Chief Copy Editor at The 1947 Partition Archive, I was deeply engaged in the process of translating and summarizing the audio-video interviews that were often bilingual or trilingual. I have also worked as a freelancer on a Facebook pitch for Wieden+Kennedy Amsterdam, where I translated research and campaign elements from English to Hindi and provided back translations for the same.
