* Technical specialist for water projects including IWCM- integrated water cycle management, flooding and drainage, water quality, water resources, integrated river rehabilitation and water sewage and sanitation * International work experience in engineering design and analysis of water projects, including 15 years experience in China and 6 years experience in Australia * Good understanding of engineering consulting practice and water project investment * Significant project management experience in major projects * Conceptual planning, feasibility study, tender design and preliminary design * Technical supports for project implementation * Project economic analysis and risk assessment * Excellent communication skills, oral and written in both Chinese and English
