I am Jane, an ESL teacher/tutor. I am expressive in helping students learn English in different ways and making choices to answer their questions. In describing events, I have to create their sensory learning experience in the language. Being optimistic,  my students can improve their communication skills with confidence through my warm interaction with them. I will apply social learning strategies through clarification requests and elaboration of the lessons.

I am a licensed professional teacher. I can communicate effectively by articulating clearly, selecting vocabulary, and explaining grammar in an easy-to-understand way. I have time management skills. I can update course materials as deemed necessary to ensure students have relevant information.

I can facilitate good classroom management. I can incorporate feedback on classroom performance to ensure a positive and meaningful student experience. Test, evaluate, and counsel students concerning their academic performance and goals. I am flexible, have good interpersonal skills, and have cultural awareness.
