My beginning on this path was due to old clients (International event agencies) from my previous DMC role started asking me to help them with their onsite operations. Sometimes I'm asked to manage a specific role within an existing delivery team (F&B manager, hotel manager...) and some other times I manage the whole operation on behalf of the client. Seamless execution of the event and word of mouth was bringing me more and more work so eventually my agenda was full with different types of events worldwide.
