Erwin is a Radio Disc Jockey/Account Executive by profession. He has been in Philippine Broadcasting for almost three decades now. Erwin currently manages his start-up agency SkyPoint Solutions which services voice and non-voice online jobs worldwide. Online, he is a Telemarketing/Appointment Setting/Customer Service/Voice over Specialist. His online jobs include telemarketing and appointment setting for events, home remodeling, online advertising, website development, reverse mortgage, solar panels, security alarm systems, medical alarm system, finance services, book review, virtual PBX, real estate agent staffing, and affiliate marketing. His customer service jobs include Customer Support/Service/Voice over for a Canadian Telecom. Erwin has recently set up, and is currently maintaining an Australian online radio where he did all the station ID's, music screening, programming, and automation. Erwin also specializes in Microsoft Excel. He has developed an Excel based Automatic Playlist Generator for the radio station where is is currently employed. His one month in a call center, nine months on a home-based online job, and almost thirty years in broadcasting can speak well of his experience, phone manners, work ethics, accuracy, and efficiency.
