Tanya trained in a full service lawfirm with practice areas in commercial, tax and labor matters. She formerly worked as counsel in a public listed company engaged in infrastructure services and is currently a legal counsel in a multinational company engaged in technology, consulting and outsourcing services. Her role includes deal shaping, counselling, evaluating and negotiating a wide range of complex international service and license agreements.
