I write, design, develop and maintain clear and concise technical documentation such as user end guides, online help guides, eLearning training materials and scripts, learner materials and installation guides for customers, clients and internal associates. Assists in the development of technical documentation in coordination with trainers, instructional designers and instructional developers. Create and author engaging learner activities and content. Identify learner's training needs. Design and develop back-end process documents and other related documents. Design learning and development programs and create supporting materials such as manuscripts, storyboard, instructional guides, videos. Collaborate regularly with other departments to improve processes or procedures. Contribute to the development of comprehensive learning and development strategy. Manage online learning content and resources including managing audio, recordings, blogs, online articles, slide decks.
