The nature of my experience especially in the BPO industry has prepared me for this position. I've been working in the BPO Industry for three years now. I've handled different line of business such as customer service, data entry, data survey, lead generation, market research, appointment setting and technical support representative. It involved a great deal of patience, initiative, self-motivation and a wide range of skills to meet the expectation of our important critic which is our client. I am a fast learner and willing to learn more. I have a keen eye to details. Because of my passion for work I got promoted as a Team Lead on my previous job even before I got regularized. I am the type of person who takes work with great responsibility and have the enthusiasm and the determination to ensure the success of every tasks assigned to me.
