I have been in the business process outsourcing industry for more or less 10 years, i first worked as a customer service representative for Cisco-LinkSys, i do RMA, i also have worked for Ceasars Entertainment and Expedia where i assist customers with their hotel bookings, leisure activity bookings, flight and car rentals. I have also worked as a freelancer as an appointment setter for a solar company, insurance company and a verifier for a company for first responders
