This career path that I chose 4 years ago enabled me to discover & know more about my self, my abilities, skills, & different capabilities. My broad and varying experience molded me into the Virtual Assistant & Customer Service Representative that I am today with exceptional skills & outstanding work ethic. My most significant experiences that had a great impact on my skills & character were doing telemarketing/outbound sales, Customer Service & Billing with management responsibilities for one of the biggest US-based Telecommunications Company, customer support & Virtual Assistant for a US-based Insurance Broker. Working in an environment where my communicative, detail-driven, professional, & proactive personality adds to the success of the project is what I enjoy the most. These things were also why I enjoy being a Virtual Assistant. It allows me to express myself & my thoughts but at the same time, it also teaches me to be always responsible & accountable. I became a visionary entrepreneur, a forward-thinker who is not afraid to make bold decisions necessary for growth & stability. I became highly adaptable to the ever-changing priorities & needs of the different projects & businesses that I handled, and I developed a more positive attitude. My love for learning and desire for career growth, made take up courses that will add to my competence and skills such as Social Media Marketing and WordPress Web Development.
