I hold a juris doctor with certificate in international law, primarily focused on transnational business and finance law (+two state bars). Currently working on a start-up and freelancing in the finance world, writing business plans, stock promotions, investor relations and negotiations (since 2006). Typically, I work within the small and microcap space and am well networked within that space, but I am very versatile when it comes to business consulting. In addition to my diverse background in law and business (freelancing, entrepreneurship-my two startups were in the health fitness industry, judicial clerkship, corporate law, economic liberty constitutional litigation, workers' compensation defense), I hold a BA in communications/journalism, political science minor and have an extensive teaching background. Presently, I am seeking freelance opportunities where I can contribute my writing skills combined with my background in business. I will consider other good opportunities as well.
