• Involved in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for UAT/Production defects

• Support UAT and Production release after completion of defined sprint/phase. Participated in client demo meeting

• Well versed in Reporting progress, activities and issues to the Management and stakeholders

• Hands on experience using Microsoft Test Management (MTM), Team Foundation Server (TFS), Confluence, Test Rail, Zephyr, TestLink, JIRA , Mantis and Slack, Skype, Zoom, Microsoft Teams respectively for test management, defect reporting and integrated communication

• Experience in testing POS system, CMS websites, Web and Desktop application, Native Mobile application for Android/iOS/iPad/Windows.

• Experience in various Business domain such as Charted Accountancy, Retail, CRM, Hospitality, Transport and Logistics, Document Management System

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal and written skills with particular emphasis on quality.
