I am a professional Virtual Assistant/ Admin support with experience in Data Entry, Writing, Research, customer service, email handling and Transcribing. I have excellent command of both written and spoken English and Swahili and can give a professional orientation as and when required. I am an Economics and Statistics graduate,I am proficient in Microsoft applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Google docs and Sheets.I have knowledge in statistical applications among them R-Statistics, stata and SPSS, fast typing skills of more than 50 words per minute and I am familiar with Transcribing applications such as Xero, I also have excellent data entry skills using microsoft Excel, experience in content posting using Joomla and wordpress, email list building and handling with Mailchimp and outreach. I can do administrative jobs and can handle phone calls to aide my clients in their activities I have worked for Partners for Health and Development Africa as a data clerk, worked for IPSOS kenya and Consumer Insight as an assistant research officer and as a Transcriptionist, I have experience in BPO, admin support, customer service and relations I have also worked as an Independent freelancer where I have done research for individuals and start up companies. I am a fast learner able to work with minimal supervision, proactive and i have an initiative to work as I see it coming.I am a hardworking individual, organized, detail oriented and efficient enough to beat deadlines while maintaining the highest quality of my work.
