I LOVE working with people,particularly over the phone. I have over 10 years experienced in phone and email support for English speaking customers. My past jobs have involved tracking customer packages and making sure each customer got the correct product. I also helped my client return their products or swap them for different products when they received the wrong ones by mistakes.
