He was patient when I clearly had no idea what I was talking about, when the project was clearly going to exceed our expected timeline (through no fault of his) he alerted me to make sure I wished to continue, he was incredibly responsive and helpful when I had questions, and completed the work far more quickly than I could have hoped.
