-Experience to Manage grant evaluation and submission process – screening potential grantees, evaluating potential grantees and applications according to the Grants Manual and USAID policies, Risk assessment of grantees, arranging grant evaluation committee meetings and recording, Cocreation meeting arrangement, prepared negotiation memo, Due diligence check, submitting grant applications for USAID approval. 

-Experience on making effective procurement plan, procure good & service ensuring the quality, reasonable cost and ensure the rules & regulations of USAID, Organization manual and applicable GOB rules and regulation. (Blanket purchase agreement-BPA, Fixed cost agreement, yearly agreement & short-term purchase agreement) 

-Experience on Plan, develop, communicate & implement the strategic direction to the financial operations, developing and maintenance of budgeting system, analysis and interpretation of trends, preparation of financial and management reports, establishing & maintaining all types of financial and economic analysis and forecast, costs, investments, cash flows etc .

-Experience to Maintain and oversight of finance, procurement, human resources, Logistics, and operational activities of the country office. • Experience to Provide logistics support to program or event to book training venue, training logistics, food, travel and accommodations for local/visiting staff, consultants, government partners, including coordinating required authorizations, visas, travel insurance as appropriate, and ensuring airport transfers & customs clearance. 

-Experience to manage financial operations, including accounting, payroll, subcontracting, procurement, Host countries VAT and TAX management, GOV reporting, BIDA reporting Banking & straight to bank operations (S2B) etc.

-Experience on manage grant implementation – ongoing monitoring of progress, preparing grant modifications, ensuring accurate and regular reporting, collect projection, preparing payments to grantees, managing agreement documentation, identifying and addressing technical and capacity-building assistance, make capacity building plan & build capacity to grantees on grants & operations aspect. 

-Experience on USAID procurement policy, Restricted goods& services, prohibited goods& services, Source & origin, geographical code.

-Experience on USAID cost principles-Allocable, allowable, reasonable cost, question & disallowed cost, and USAID cost sharing policy.

-Experience to hire consultant (STTA & LTTA), private sector engagement, Public sector engagement 

-Experience on USAID rules ®ulations like ADS 303 CFR 200, SF 425, SF 424, SF 1034, SF 1408, SF 1420, SF 270 and A-133 audit etc.
