Currently I am working as a Finance Executive in one of the biggest US based Multinational company. Handling "General Ledger-Payroll & Compensation" accounting of 15 countries of Asia Pacific region. I am handling 1200 employee's all payroll accounting related work from India. I know challenges & work structure of Payroll Accounting. In my previous organization I have worked as a Senior Associate with US based WNS Global Multinational company. Handling "General Ledger-Fixed Asset" accounting of 7 Latin American countries. I have experience of working on Oracle, SunSystem & Tally ERP 9 software. I can do Payroll related work, like Payroll processing (Journal Entries), Leave Accrual, Severance Payment, Payroll analysis, management, Reconciliation in Blackline or excel., Allocation, monthly closing activities., etc I can also do Fixed asset related work, like fixed asset booking entries, expense out, Fixed asset reconciliation, maintaining assets category wise, calculation of depreciation, monthly closing activities,etc. Before Joining WNS, I have worked in core accounting for 4 years. So I have experience of handling most of the accounting work, like Bank reconciliation, day to day accounting work, petty cash management, reporting, stock management, purchase sales book, debtors, creditors reconciliation etc. I am expertise at Microsoft Excel, so I can assist you to solve your Accounts & Finance related problems through excel. i.e. reporting , data analysis, consolidation, ageing etc. I can create formula base template as per your requirement. I have good knowledge & experience handling of Advance excel. i.e. Vlookup, Hlookup, Index, Logical IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, COUNIFS, SUMIFS, COUNTA, Dashboard, Pivot tables, conditional formatting, advance filter etc. I have solved many problems & save production time of my organization through my excel skills. I have completed many local projects. I have been solving many issues with my excel skills at my workplace. 1. Created excel template for YTD Consolidation. (Before creation of this template, total time required to complete task was 3 Hours, Now with the help of my template time require to complete this task is 1.5 hours. (50% time saved) 2. Month on month comparison template for changes in employees pay structure (i.e. Increase or decrease in allowances, pay, new joinee, leaver) 3. Formula based reconciliation template. Which can save more than 40% time. 4. Formula based stock management template:- Features:- - Calculate automatically stock in Head Office & Branch Office. - Generate Sales report, Office location wise Debtors report automatically. - Create Graph of office location wise payment recovery ratio auto
