Forecasting & budgeting - Financial Planning for next 3-5 years as per Management's vision and chalking out plans for successfully accomplishing the same ii.) Ratio & Variance analysis to understand in depth the areas of improvements iii.) MIS Reports - Preparation of MIS reports as per requirements of Management iv.)
