The deliverable of this engagement will comprise of a transparent, flexible, dynamic and user-friendly financial model which will add value to the company through the followings: - The structure of the financial model will reflect the logic of the underlying business which enables the management to use the model for assessing historic performance and the plan the future operations. - The financial model can be used for sensitivity analyses and scenario-analyses. - The financial model will include presentation sheets which provide the management with in formation in an executive summary format. - The complex financial model will include the following sections: flexible input parameters, revenues, direct cost and SGA cost, working capital, financing, output charts to support easy decision making and output financial statements (P&L, BS, CF).
