Prior to working in the real estate field, I worked in the entertainment field developing musicians and offering contract drafting and execution. I currently focus my practice on the development of PPM, SB-2's, and other capital raising instruments for emerging businesses. I also assist with corporate formation, compliance, and contracts. I specialize in capital raising instruments such as Private placement memorandums, SB-2's, 10SB, and other agreements. I provide full packages including the PPM, Operating agreement, and filing with the appropriate regulating agencies.
