I worked as a Customer Service Representative for two different companies. My first BPO experience is focused on verification of debtor information for collections of student loans, to which I worked for 2 years. Another job that was offered to me on a different company is focused on handling dental insurance concerns for member services, such as quoting benefits, locating a dentist, checking and interpreting claims, processing premium payments, web site registration including retrieving usernames and resetting passwords to which I also worked for two years. I also worked as a teaches for 1 year, teaching basic computer, values education and home economics for students from grades 1 to 7, and as a Data Encoder in a local government office for 2 years.
