Food is our necessity and our health is being determined by what we eat and how the person offering food maintain their hygiene and other regulatory measures are being set by our government to ensure our safety regarding food is being affirmed by the food license. So any person offering food to in any manner whether be it a hawker, shop keeper, Online e-commerce seller, food storage, food transporter, or selling food in railways must have a food license otherwise it is punishable in law. If person is liable to have food license but he does not hold it during selling any type of food item would be liable for penalties either imprisonment or monetary penalty as per the rules and regulation of FSSAI ACT
