Fractional CMO work on a part-time basis and are for startup that have a skeleton marketing team but lacks leadership and management. The fractional CMO will provide strategic planning and keep your existing marketing team on track.
Its framework is the same as with our Fractional Marketing team but the difference is that the Fractional CMO will act as your fractional marketing director and train your existing team in Agile marketing, including the SCRUM Framework, and lean startup methodology.
As such Fractional CMO will step in and have three responsibilities:
Build a growth plan, execute the growth roadmap and increase revenue with our Fractional CMO.
