- Working in bakery industry from last 5 years. - Handful experience in new product development (like Jaffa, marshmallow, cakester, chocopie, etc.) - Rich experience in cookies, pie cakes and marshmallow manufacturing. - Food safety audits- HACCP - Guest lecture in university on food safety & preservation techniques.
