My professional experience as a nurse since 2005, in an initial phase as a general care nurse and since 2012 as coordinator and interlocutor of a functional unit allowed me to acquire an inestimable global strategy experience as a result of the identification, planning and implementation of changes in the provision of care / services with a view to improving care and increasing productivity and constructing, analyzing and interpreting indicators of organizational performance. Naturally, these functions can only be adequately performed thanks to the knowledge of policies on health promotion and disease prevention, as well as knowledge about health legislation in Portugal. My scientific curriculum includes the Masters in Management and Economics of the Health Services of the Faculty of Economics of Porto (Thesis in Development) which prepared me to succeed and work on the development strategy outlined by this entity. I have linguistic flexibility which allows me to work in several contexts successfully. Finally, as managing partner of a home-based care company, I developed the ability to think creatively and enterprisingly. I firmly believe that it would be a good element in organizational culture, adding my entrepreneurial and intellectual capacity to your project.
