Kramatorsk. Two civilians were killed and 13 injured during in a Russian artillery attack on the city of Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region, according to local authorities. It is reported that the shelling caused a fire in one of the city’s residential districts, leading to more than 20 residential buildings being rendered uninhabitable. Despite the Ukrainian government’s decision to introduce a policy of mandatory evacuation from the Donetsk region, reports of civilian deaths continue to surface there.


Kharkiv. Russian bombing on the frontline city of Baranivka in the Kharkiv region have led to one civilian death and three injuries, according to the regional prosecutor’s office. Russian forces have intensified their shelling and bombing campaign on frontline settlements in the region and some experts suggest they could be preparing to conduct an offensive on the city of Kharkiv.
