I am a Fullstack Developer and an Entrepreneur. 3 years ago I Co-founded my startup where we provided services in the Domain of MERN Stack to various clients both domestic and international. I have deep knowledge of React, NodeJS and REST API development. • Successfully implemented, strategised and launched platform from top to bottom that generated over 3 million dollars over a period of 2 months.
• Oversaw more than 20 insurance company/policy onboarding process (Self Insured and Voluntary)and incorporate them into the benefit portal. Undertook consistent communications with stakeholders TPA, Group, Insurance Carriers) to strategise policy selection.
• Worked on Optimizing React components using Context API, Lazy Loading and memoization to reduce slow rendering.
• Organised Typescript conversion of the entire front-end and back-end.
• Introduced design thinking while creating a separate UI Kit team to develop React Component Library to maintain consistency in the system.
• Established data transmission channel of health data/eligibility files and Deduction Report to multiple insurance companies
• Optimized mongoose queries in NodeJS reduce RESTful web services response time.
• Developed Notification Handling Infrastructure capable of handling providers for SMS, WhatsApp, Slack, Push Notifications. Maintained log mechanism for each notification using MERN Stack
• Gathered and synthesized business requirements and input from customers and key client stakeholders while demonstrating POC
• Developed code for various Custom React Hooks for handling React route parameters, API calls and so on.
• Determine the design principles and layout of the functional requirements in React with 100% accuracy adhering to responsive web design.
• Integrated the Twilio to ensure Bulk SMS marketing.
• Integrated CLAIM management into the portal by integrating with CLAIM engine
• Integrated Salesforce and Created Multiple object in for a group onboarding of a TPA
