G2M (Go To Market) Strategy

Develop, manage and deliver the Think, Build and Run of the G2M strategy, to include messaging, strategic content development, lead generation and alignment of Sales & Marketing. - Identify growth opportunities, and obstacles to growth, in current, adjacent and new markets - Establish best practices in go-to-market strategy, business development, messaging and marketing - Analyze markets of choice, competitors, and customers’ perceived competing alternatives - Develop differentiation and subsequent go-to-market plan to amplify top line growth - Build purposeful, strategic lead generation - Align messaging with voice of the customer and develop campaigns to follow Market Engagement model - Align sales and marketing and integrate strategy and tactics such that prospects and customers are influenced through the entire buy process - Impart tribal knowledge to prepare your organization for future growth I have experience in sales and marketing and have an appreciation for the integration of the two. During my first 20 years, I held sales and sales management roles at technology companies. For the past 15 years, I was managing partner in a growth consulting firm developing market strategies for clients. My experience yields the following key directives: 1.
